Can anyone recommend some really good stretching exercises I can do to get my legs/hips ready for riding? I have just started back & my first time back in the saddle has me sore! My inner thighs are SCREAMIN' at me!
My Belgian is a 'little' wider than the sweet lesson gelding who's helping me get my seat back, so I'm going to need to really to be ready when I do mount her (although my trainer has been & doesn't seem to think she's THAT much wider).
Any suggestions? My trainer has given me some suggestions, but what are your favorites?
