Sure to make you smile...anyone else got one?

If anyone is in need of a smile, take a look at this video of my wee brat of a donkey playing with his best friend, a TWH:

And, if anyone else has a sure-fire grin getter involving horses, please post it here, as I am trapped inside for a week with flood-watch rain!

Thanks,

Susan K

Well, the problem is that he is just so stinkin' cute that he gets away with murder -- from EVERYONE! My husband is usually quite the disciplinarian with animals, but even he can't bear to really reprimand Rogie when he is naughty. Lido could also easily get Rogie to leave him alone if he really wanted to. I had a paint that Rogie never messed with because he knew that horse wouldn't put up with it, but that horse is gone and the rest let him do just about anything to them. I have another video of Rogie pulling on my morgan's once-gorgeous mane:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ObOA...1&feature=plcp

This one is even more astounding if you know that the morgan is a VERY dominant horse who never lets other horses get in his space! But he "adopted" Rogie from day one...it was HIS donkey and he was absolutely livid if any other horses even LOOKED at the donkey! Now he lets Rogie play with Lido, but god help any unknown horse that might come to the fence and eyeball Rogie...that horse will get CHARGED by a fire-breathing black dragon for sure!

Another member here posted this video of her mini donk. I hope she doesn't mind if I post it here, too.

Gosh, her little guy is a real talker! Rogie is very quiet...I think he thinks he's a horse. He hardly ever brays, even when the donkeys on the ranch next door come to the fence. They bray at him, but he just stares at them like, "Dude -- what's YOUR problem?"

Oh for sure. But that doesn't make Rogie any less of a sh1t.
