    I would require full payment, and if it doesn't work for her, she has the option to return it for full purchase price for a week (or however long would make you comfortable ).

    I would be willing to meet her with the saddle, but she lives 4 hours away and I'm not willing to drive over an...hour maybe. I don't think I'm going to do the trial, but I e-mailed her back telling her that if I agreed to the trial, I'd need all the money down before I shipped it out and that if she decided to return the saddle after a week, it would have to be in the same condition it was as when I last saw it.
