TB Pedigree- any relatives out there?

This is my geldings pedigree. I'm fairly new to thoroughbreds (always owned QHs), so I was curious as to any input regarding his relatives? Or does anyone own a relative of him!? He's an amazing boy, 16.2, bay, and so very handsome. He's 5 now, and raced a few times in Lousiana. He wasn't quite fast enough to earn his keep, but he's plenty fast for me? Thanks!

Wow, Mahmoud on the first page! Some old blood there close up.

You'll find that most TBs have Raise A Native/Northern Dancer somewhere in there pedigree at least once. Storm Cat is notorious for throwing some "difficult" types, but there are many many many out there in the sport world.

Your boy's second dam produced a couple of stakes winners, including the stallion Wild Zone. She was sold in-foal to the great sire A.P. Indy for $130,000 in 1995.

FWIW, I strongly prefer pedigreequery when looking at TBs, yields a lot more info: Stormynight Horse Pedigree

Thank you for your reply! I love love love learning about his past. Regarding to the Storm Cat offspring, this guy is a total booger. He is so very sweet in the field but slightly unpredictable under saddle. He learns quick though.

I'll have to do some research on Mahmoud, I know nothing of him.

I believe his sire Lion Tamer earned about a million on the track and was sold for a high price. But I could be wrong! More research is due. Thanks again.
