    Teaching clinics

So I am moving to a barn later in August to work as an intern type of student. My boss wants me to teach a clinic this fall (EEK) Anyway, I'm looking for ideas/tips. What clinics have you all gone to that you have really enjoyed/ what topics do you think should get more attention.
    So far I'm thinking:
    Groundwork/despooking
    Reining
    Barrel racing
Gymkhana/cowboy races- how to attack obstacles
    Rider/horse fitness
    Cowboy mounted shooting

Any suggestions to add to the list?
