THANKFUL THURSDAY Coffee and donuts anyone!

Hey GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!

It's official, "I MADE IT!" (jumping up and down, shreeking) to my mini vac. Weekend. LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG week (thanks 3neighs JK)
Waiting for my little one to get motivated. Stuff a donut in her little kisser and a glass of milk to wash it down. Then off to the races I go. Gotz to get the tanks on the trailer filled up with water, hay and all the other normal stuff prepared. I even have to search for my old D-ring snaffle (know I have it but oh where oh where!)
This is going to be a one man (woman) show, meaning that I will be attending solo without my camera man (hubby) so I don't know how much in pics I will get but we will see.
I'll keep ya posted.

WOW - it's finally here for you. Have fun kiddo!

We have a Clinton Anderson 3 day event next weekend that I'm thinking of going to. I've never seen him in person so it should be an experience.

I haven't ridden since Tuesday :( . It's been overcast with wind gusts over 30mpg. I need to "cowboy-up" and ride this afternoon. Work has kept me busy (TG).

I'm munching on some left over chocolate cake that Jody made. Hmmmmm, goes great with milk - or some hot chocolate - yeah, that's the ticket .... hot chocolate. Anyone want some?

LOL... SIgn me up for a double dose of chocolate!!!

Pretty un-eventful day here. Other than the fall spider killing rampage that has started. I love living in in the country but I just can't stand that huge-mongo spider webs that I get every morning.

I sprayed the back porch and got all the spiders away from there and now it's time for the front porch. LOL... I can't stand walking through webs. It's just so icky.

On the other hand...I could save a small fortune in halloween decorations!!!!!! :P

Hey Bill, I've seen Clinton in person a few times and really enjoy him. He tends to be a bit long winded though. I saw him in Detroit this summer and I posted some pictures of it on here somewhere...

Amy, you're going to think I'm one sick puppy, but for about a month now we've had a spider in a jar that the girls will feed a couple of flies to every day. They think it's pretty neat watching it ambush the flies. We need to let it go though as it's got quite a collection of dehydrated fly corpses. I could send it to you as an additional Halloween decoration if you'd like.

Anyway, I'll have to pass on the sweets. I made a cola cake yesterday that I'm trying to resist. Must go mow the lawn now.

*EH* a spider in a jar is nothing new to us. We have been catching grasshoppers and crickets to throw in the webs. I'm just tired of walking through them and well, my house is starting to look creepy! :P MMmMmMmMmmm...coke cake!!!

I *thought* I smelled something yummy, yesterday! So *that* was it! Now yer going to have to share a recipe. If it smells anything like Choc chip cookies, I gotta have it!
We 'ran' a new fence again yesterday. Our horses have always gotten 'the slobbers' from our West pasture. Got them off of that til we can get the East pasture baled. (Hopefully tonite!)
Was forced (kicking and screaming) to buy a new vacuum yesterday. Stood in the vacuum aisle and AGONIZED for an hour.
Finally came home with a Dyson. (There was another lady in the same aisle that insisted I'd love it...yah....like I could love a vac!) It did a good job yesterday, altho it sounds like a jet taking off.

OK OK, what's "coke cake"? (you can't get arrested for it right?)

Painted, we had to buy a vac 2 weeks ago. Looked at the Dyson, bought a Bessel with a removable canister - the Panasonic lasted ~15 years so buying a new one wasn't traumatic. (With what we saved over the Dyson I bought a new breast collar for Bobo.)

I need some coffee, it's 2:00! .... and another piece of chocolate cake - poor Bobo, I better work it off before riding him again.

Finally Thursday... Only have Chemistry hw today, yay! :P Easy stuff lol. I have a headache though, & I'm tired. :( Went to bed late last night.

Tomorrow I'm back off to uni in Bath, so I spent most of today packing. Also rode Xavier for the first time ^^ Mum filmed most of it and I took a few screencaps of the videos; one of the videos is up in the appropriate forum.
