Is there a market for this

I am a decently talented web designer & also pretty darn good at photoshop, and can create some pretty impressive websites. I'm also quite good at databases and programming.
Do you think there would be a market for stable websites where you would have an administration panel, which would allow you to post your horses for sale & current news as easy as posting a thread on this forum? With uploaded pictures, etc? Or do you think stable owners are just as happy having to go through the HTML route?

This is an example of a basic site I threw together in about an hour. It needs some definite tweaking, but its the general direction I want to go in: Site

I would probably charge around $300 CDN for a 10 page website with admin panel, as well as a header.
I'm just trying to make some extra cash. What do you think, yay or neigh?

ETA: I could also program other designs to include an admin panel for sale horses/news for about $100

If you know a place you can advertise for free, why not try it?
