Time for an emotional ride.....

DD and I will be going on a ride this evening - we will be riding the trail where she was involved in the accident not long ago that resulted in the loss of a horse. I was actually kind of surprised when she asked me, but she feels ready, so I'm hoping for the best.

I hope it goes well and stays uneventful.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/
