Trail Class Lesson Ideas

I am currently looking for any ideas for a Western Trail Class, has anybody got any ideas, the level I am after is any level really.

Backing up between two ground poles
Going through a set of for ground poles set up in a L shape and then backing through it
Walk over a small bridge
Open a mailbox
Open a gate (can even be a piece of rope between to standing poles)
Walk over to a jacket on the fence and have horse stand quietly while the rider puts it on
Side pass
Step over a log/cavaletti
Walk over a set of 4-5 ground poles in a row


Those are things I've seen in a trail class that immediately come to mind.
