Trailering another person's horse

I am in a position where I've been asked to trailer a client's horse. They want me to give the horse as much exposure as possible and trailer the horse to the beach, trail rides, shows, etc.... I own a horse trailer, but not a truck so borrow one from family when needed.

My question is, do any of you have a liability waiver that you use when trailering a horse for someone else? If so, could I see a copy of it? Thanks for any input!

I've had other people trailer horses for me in the past, never thought about a liability agreement. That's actually a pretty smart move. You might check some horse transport companys online. They may have some information you could use in making up your own
