Update on mums horse. :-(

Sadly today the big man took a bad turn( he was coming home torrow) hehas been put to sleep and is mow free from any pain. I know it sounds strange but I think he chose his time to go! My mum was due to say goodbye to him on thur but got there the vet said he had a good night so mum had lovely cuddles knowing he could be coming home. Mum
Had got his box ready for tomorrow, but today he left us. He did this before he came home to save my mum from seeing it. RIP Red October. Love you loads. X

I'm so sorry for your loss. They are with us a short time in comparison to our life expectancy's, but while with us add so much to our lives.

Do the vets have any idea what caused all this for him?

Be the kind of woman that when your feet hit the floor each morning the devil says, "Oh crap, she's up!".

While it's always sad to lose one, at least you know he is now beyond pain and suffering, and you did everything you could for him.
