Want to clear things up!! [rant]

Okay someone mentioned someone said I had 9 yrs of exsperience with horses and it seemed like I was rubbing it in there face??

Well I've only have 7 1.2 yrs of exsperience I don't remember ever saying 9. I started with just plain riding when I was 7, I learned just the basics! Yes as I got older I learned more and more about horses started working with the harder to handle ones I helped finish off some of the training ect.

When I said I had 7-8 yrs of exsperience with horses I didnt mean training them my self or what ever, nor was I trying to rub it in anyones face! There are much much more exsperienced people on here then me. Im only 15....

Also every time I ever make a post some people just throw in my face well it doesnt seem like you had so and so yrs of exsperience! What the heck?! I was asking for advice not weather or not I seem like I had exsperience!

Also another thing I noticed everyone always says you need a trainer go get a trainer ect! Im sick and tired of hearing that I've said it 10000 times I can't! Nor do I want to! I've trained chance my self thus far and hope to continue to do so, with some help from people at my barn! And hopefully work with the advice some people give me.

I make post for helpful advice but sometimes I just don't know if I should because either im going to get some harsh responses or either one of the 2 said above thrown at me. I do anyways because there are people who do give great advice.

My horse is stubborn and I usually try all my methods or my friends before checking in here or I double check it on here.

I really appirciate the people who have helped me out one way or another and responded to my post with helpful advice :]

Im sorry about the rant im just sort of annoyed all together and I hope this clears up anything people may have against me or something.

Don't worry. You always get those kinda people who take things the wrong way then don;t understand when you try to explain it to them. They make everything negative. If you can just ignore them and for a while, act like you've had 9 m years of experience with horses. That'll show em!

If you said something that sounded arrogant (and I don't know, 'cause I wasn't here), there will often be some fallout for awhile. When I saw one of those responses to one of your questions, I was actually a little shocked, and thought "harsh"! But those are the breaks. All you have to do is completely ignore those kind of posts (and now that you've made this thread, those posts will continue longer than they would have otherwise), and the folks will get bored and leave you alone. Live and learn! I always say that posting is tough on the internet--folks can't see the twinkle in your eye when you think you've made a joke, etc. Just keep posting, be careful about your tone, and enjoy the forum.

I read the post and the response that you are refering to and you have every right to ask any question like everyone else without being critisised.(SP) we are here to learn and share.
I have a million years it seems of animal experience-it is wonderful to have another perspective!!!! I ask questions all the time that I should know the answer too-i don't know everything so I ask=
That is why we are here.
Your question was valid and you got good answers.
