Water Play

Jessie, my friend, has her gelding Arby. Well, he loves water. When we give him baths you can leave the hose on his head and he's in heaven.

Blu also loves water to an extent. Lol. He loves to stick his face in his trough and make a parade of splashing. When we bathe him we can put the hose in his mouth and he lets it run along his tongue.

Anyone else have horses that love Water Play? :roll: 8)

Lexi loves to play in water sometimes; especially if we're on a trail & we go near a lake, she loves it!

My boys love the water. Banjo more so than Foxy tho.

Because im a nice mummy I have lead my two down to the river to let them roll and have a play ( didnt ride as don't want them to associate riding on the beach as the same as playing/rolling on the beach)

They loved it! Banjo enjoys rolling in the shallow water, he digs a little hole in the water then lays down in it so cute. They also paw the water heaps.

In summer on really really hot days I go out with the hose and they just stand there and let me hose them off not tied up or any thing....not even a halter. :P

And Banjo enjoys a good swim to :P
