What do you carry with you?

Just curious what are the must haves that you carry when riding?
Myself, I have to have my chapstick, a few horse cookies and I have a horsemans tool with hoofpick, knife and a few gadgets in it its kind of a jackknife thingy. I have a tiny saddle bag that's always attached to my saddle that will just about hold it all.

I was always taught:

Hoofpick, penknife, mobile phone, some baling twine (always useful) and a little money.

Phone and water mainly although I used to carry a stock whip (for catttle not horse) and a bottle of this stuff that repels ticks (especially the poisonous ones) to put on new born calves.
