What do you and your horse do?

I think this can go here!

Ok, we had this on another site, and I thought it was neat to see what everyone did!

Ok,
Romeo and I currently do trail riding and gaming, (barrel racing, pole weaving, speed dash, jumping figure 8 etc.)
But I am training him for
Tail class
Western pleasure
Jumping (maybe)
Maybe a bit of reining
Basically a bit of everything! Haha!

RIP Maggie Mae I miss you

Well, the horse I'm riding in lessons is just teaching me the basics right now. So it's getting my walk, trot and canter solid and teaching me how to perform the aids, how to get the horse responsive and engaged, building up my muscles ...

One day I'd like to do dressage, though.

If you believe everything you read, better not read.

I do a lot of trail riding for fun but as far as competition we do eventing and jumpers

hunter jumpers and then we go for trail rides after a long hard lesson

Right now I do Hunter/Jumper and the occasional trail ride. I'd really like to also try team penning, roping and cutting too and cross country.

It's August in Kansas. Mostly I look at them. But, normally I am just a trial/pleasure rider. Lately a lil bit more bareback and short late in the evening or early morning.
