Just pleasure ride. :)
Once I get my own horse, I plan to do some jumping. I want to show also to get some money for my training barn I plan to have in the far future! But I love english all they way!

Showjumping is like dressage with speed bumps!

Well my old gelding has heaves so he is unable to be ridden much. When we do I hop on and school a little bit walk/trot/canter, for maybe 20 minutes. So I guess you could say we school dressage...other than that not much with him.

My mare that I rescued we are just starting her back under saddle now that she is almost completely rehabbed. I plan on schooling dressage with her and maybe eventually trail riding her.

We just enjoy some trail riding. Hard to get into anything around here unless you are riding a gaited horse - which none of mine are.

Well my 2 horses are babies and because I am in school full time I don't do much more than handling them. Showing them what the world is about. That's it.

By the time I am done school it will be close to time when the babies have to start working more seriously.

Handling is all I am currently doing.

I am mainly a trail rider but I do gymkhanas 2-3 times a month. I also ride bareback all the time and work on random stuff with Ruby in the ring.

Right now Jubilee and I do basic English equitation and dressage.

We used to do medieval reenactment shows - swordfighting on horse back to a choreographed music soundtrack. We did shows at county fairs and horse shows in Oregon and Washington. It was a small group, two perchies and two Friesians but a lot of fun.

Now we play horse soccer, which is REALLY fun. We also ride on the trail bareback and english. And a lot of days, just spend time in the pasture hanging out together.

Unless it weighs a ton... it's just a horse. Draft horse motto.
