When I am sad or mad all I have to do is go hug my mare and she always shows me that she is here for me. She will stand for hours letting me hug her because she knows I need it. Then when im feeling better and start to walk away she will follow me to make sure im alright, I've never had anything be there for me as well as she is <3

My fat boy gets me out of the house for 2-3 hours every day. That's 2-3 hours of fresh air, sunshine and exercise rather then lurking in a dark house snacking.

Ditto that. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't look good in a straight jacket so I have horses.

My "Joey" is my first horse I bought as an adult and he made me believe that I could be happier than I was when I was a child at Christmas. He makes me forget all the stresses of the world when I see him and start to take care of him. I love him and when we ride together on the trail galloping through the seasons I can hardly imagine what I did before he entered my life.

My horsey friends have helped me to not be so shy and interact with people much better than I used too.

They make my life worth living.

Curly is the reason I live, no understatement.

She is so amazing and I wouldn't know where to begin if I didnt have her to give a hug to and take a ride on!
