What kind of bra do you wear?

I'm a C cup with a bit of 'padding' around my ribs and I'm having an awful time finding a sports bra that will prevent uncomfortable bouncing while not cutting into my ribs and making it difficult to breathe!

Does anyone here wear a specific bra for riding?

Nope I love shock absorbers I have two for riding in, they fit very well and look really smart while holding everything were it actually should be! I'm bigger than yourself and it does really well for me.

What's a shock absorber? I've never heard of clothing called that!

Its a sports bra for high impact sports like running. I know I can get them in the uk from a supplier but I should imagine you can get them. Google!

Like many women, my girls gain weight when I gain weight altogether, & now that I'm losing, it's SUCH a relief to have them lighter! I highly recommend losing the extra "padding", both for your comfort & your overall health!

My favorite sports bras are these Victoria's Secret ones. I have 3 of them, but I got 2 at a semi-annual sale and one online after quite a bit of searching. They're called Medium Impact sports bras. Extremely comfortable, plus they actually make your boobs look good rather than the awkward blob that a lot of sports bras give you. They look like this, though mine are pink, green, and white. http://www.polyvore.com/medium_impac...ng?id=14127179

I ride in a normal bra half the time, but I can't trot for very long before I have to stop because my boobs hurt.

Losing that padding is definitely in the works, and while I hate spending money on something that's not going to fit me in 6 months, at least I can be comfortable in the meantime.

Moving Comfort is a great bra line. Look at Title Nine's website. Ok?
