Question What to look for when searching for a new trainer

I am looking for an hunter/jumper trainer, however, i'm not sure how to find a good, qualified, knowledgable trainer. I currently do dressage, so i'm not very experienced in the jumping world.
Does anyone have any advice for finding a trainer? Are there any credentials that you should be looking for? Where should you start your search for a trainer?
