Wood Leigh Little Spider, or Spider :)

He has been in m family since he was 6 years old, now he is used as a lesson pony at 27 years! He still moves wonderfully and is in great shape from walking and trotting kiddies around

my first horse was domino. 9 year old appy/qh. Green broke but was the sweatest thing ever. He knew my moms car so whenever I came to the farm hed walk out and stand by the gate and wait for me to take him out. I honestly think no body paid any attention to him until I bought him. I should of kept him

wow you guys are so lucky to still have your 'first horse'
I would love to see Lill or Willow now all these years later! And it would be funny to hop on Lill and be like "Remember me? :) I'm a lot bigger now Lilly, lets see what we can do!"

Pinto Pony - that's such a happy story about Spider :) I hope to keep Amigo his whole life, maybe he'll be 27 and walking around kiddies too!

My first horse was a little Cremello Paint Quarter Pony! I was about 3 when my grandparents got her for me. I got to name her, and I named her Baby Doll Piglet, after one of my baby dolls and Piglet from whinny the poo. I don't know where she is. They sold her when I turned 6 to some girl and her family, she's most likely dead cause she was about 6 when I had her! I miss that girl!
She kinda looked like this, but smaller.

My first horse was a shetland pony named Pony that I got at nine as a birthday present. She lived with my parent while I went to college and got married. She lived with them for 30 years. .
I did not get my next horse till I in my mid 40's. An Polish Arab mare who passed only 6 months after I got her, my next horse was Auggie {who is on my Avatar} and still with me.

Our farm is home to 4 adopted draft horses
Please consider adopting and give a horse back it's life.
