pics of Diablo

Here are some pics of my last horse, Diablo.

As I said before -- Lill was my first, then we got Willow (but he wasn't actually mine) Then we were horseless for a couple years..but after my constant begging my father finally caved in and got me Diablo

We got him in 1994, so that makes me about 12years old in this pic! hahaha with poofy bangs and a long braid in the back ;)

in his shaggy fall coat

And this is from 2002, he's looking a little older

I'll try and scan in some old photos of Lill and Willow tomorrow, if nothing else just so you guys can laugh at the "boy haircut" my mom gave me when I was 7 years old!

If that dosent really count then Gypsy would have to be my "frist real" horse. Shes either a tb cross or appendix qh. Still have her.
of course that counts!!!! how did he get stolen????? :(
We bought the horses from a guy who was in our town that we were moving to. Well we looked at his house to buy and instead bought the horses! SO...He said we could keep them there untill the first snow, then you'll have to buy your own hay. So we got a house, put up a fence. And as we were driving out of town we called and said we will have someone with a trailer to pick up the horses real soon. As he said they are gone, I sold them, we drove right past his house and there they were in his front yard. After that we got the sherif and case workers involed but he "gave" them away so fast that we couldnt get them back. I still have the reg. papers and the bill of sale.
oh ya!!!! sorry about that, i read your story somewhere..... i sorry bout your horsees :(

My first equine buddy was a really cute little black mare. She was maybe 14hh. Her name was "Lady". She was such a good mare. I loved her to pieces. She was the first one who taught me all about horse ownership. She was sold after about 3 years of owning her when we left Europe and moved here to Canada. I am not sure where she is now.

My first pony was a 14.2 hh cremello grade qh/welsh pony named Squirt. He was bought by a girl name Emma who sold him last year to a family with two little girls. He is doing quite well in lead-line and short stirrups and I see him at shows from time to time.

My first horse was a 16.3hh tb named Java. He was the love of my life! He is about 21/22yrs old now and semi-retired at a friends barn back in MA. I had to place him in a new home when I moved to California. There was no way he would have been able to handle the trip out here!
He is fat and happy at his new place.

In Loving memory of Leah the STB and Hope the Donkey. Hope to see you over the rainbow.

My first horse was a quarter horse named Mr. Bo Jangles. Sadly we only had him for a little more than a month when he had a brain aneurysm and passed away. He was the most fantastic horse I ever met. <3 Even in that short amount of time we were inseparable, hehe.

I give myself very good advice, But I very seldom follow it
