What should I name him????

Ok, so he's not "officially" mine yet, but I'm a little crazy and I'm actually paying for him tomorrow, so he's close enough to being mine that I'm obsessing over a decent name

So here is a few pictures. He is an Appendix and his registered name is Lora Lucky Lad. I don't think Lucky, Lad, or Laddy is a good name for this horse...so what do you guys think?

Ok, so the pics aren't great, and the horrible background is the yucky yard I'm taking him from to move him to a better home. Anyway, lemmie know!

Congratulations and good luck with him. I love a real dabble grey horse.

The first name that came to mind when I saw his face was "Smudge".

(remember .... this is from a guy who named his favorite horse "Bobo".)

I'm not arguing with you, I'm just explaining why I'm right.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

I love him, his colour is exactly like my gelding Flynn, I'm not great with names but I kept thinking of Thunder or Storm/Stormy before I picked the name Flynn, I think they would suit him too.

Such a cutie!! Congrats!

How funny! I was just going to suggest the name Finn, which is obviously close to your gelding's name :)

We were originally calling him Finn and it evolved into Flynn lol

Stratus or Cyrus? They're both types of clouds.

Hehe, sorry, I like unusual names

Thanks for the input guys! I really laughed at Smudge - because it totally fits! I actually thought of Cirrus yesterday while I was returning my brother-in-law's truck (which I used to bring him home!). I think that name might stick....even though the 83 y/o woman I board with will probably keep calling him Laddy because that's what she decided to name him. LOL old people....

He's very pretty! I love gray horses and I especially love Appendix QH's. I have a 21 y/o Bay Appendix mare that I love dearly.

Smudge is a cute name.
