What's the name of that horse tool, I can't remember!! Help!

So it helps to drop the horses head down to build top line while round penning, it looks like a girth that goes all the way around the horse's barrel, more near the neck, and reins and ropes are attached through the rings on the "girth".. It may start with an "S"... its slipping my mind!! Help!!
