My short term goal is 'walk-trot-canter' - I.e. Mastering the basics of each gait and being able to ride them securely, safely and comfortably.

Short Term:
I would LOVE to be able to buy a 5-7 acre field and let my guys retire properly...without having to stand in stalls all day.

I'd love to get a horse from an auction that really has no future and change his luck.

I'd also love to win a worlds grand championship on a freaking awesome 5 gaited saddlebred horse.

I'd also love to have some surefooted racking ponies to haul butt on the trails on.

I'd also love to have a million dollars so I could build my dream facility :

that million dollars would be nice...

I'd like to win a ribbon at a QH show. I'd like to get a hitch for my truck, trade my trailer in on one with sleeping quarters and buy a pony for my son......

hmmmm... my overall general goals: to better every horse I get on, teach people to ride well, and find cheap little ponies in the middle of no where and make them into fancy show ponies!

More specifically?

Short term: I'd like to put a nice lead change on my paint horse

Long term: I'd also like to do a grand prix one day!

Haha, I have lots of goals.... :)

Funny, ultimately I think that's the goal for all of us yet no one has even posted that. Thank you for being the smart on to actually post it

To happily keep Jubilee for the rest of her life and for her to live to be 40!

I feel the same, I don't know what I'd do without Vida.
