I guess that's a matter of perspective... I had a dream the other night that I wound up with a second horse, and I was trying to figure out how on earth I was going to find the time to exercise both of them properly, and schedule the farrier, and any time I went to give the "new" horse some attention, my "real" horse would start sulking and try to nip my clothes, and was getting into fights with the "new" horse in the paddock. Woke up in a cold sweat, just happy that I only have the one...

(If I had my own spread it would be different - I'd feel like I needed to get a second critter to make a herd, but since I board, this just isn't an issue...)
