Why I quit my job.

Last week I gave notice to my boss that December 19 would be my last day at my weekend horse care job. Here is why
-The BO brought in a few horses that make me extremly nervous and I have been kicked/smashed into walls and bitten (I do realize this could happen anywhere and I should just "toughen up")
-I have never been paid on time
-I have to be asked to be paid
-BO reduced my pay by $2 without telling me
-In general they seem to be very edgey around me
-BO doesn't clean stalls on Friday so on Saturday its double work
-2 people (BO and his GF) can get the job done in 4hr and believe that 1 person(myself) can do it in the same amount of time. It takes me 6hr and I am not paid overtime
-The barn is falling apart and its unsafe for the horses (holes in the walls, broken fences...)
-I have to take care of the 8 cats and 3 dogs

Sorry I just had to get it out!
Thank you

You made a wise choice. Too bad the horses there can't make a similar choice.
