    Wicked Wednesday

    GOOD MORNING ***waving***
It's sunny (right now) and 55. Yesterday it rained all day...the horses stood out in it and got rinsed off!
I've spent hours trying to change my avatar...and it just plain isn't going! (So...sorry I'm not in costume!)
The Cinnamon Coffee's fresh! Help yerself!
Just received a phone call from our 'tree guys'. They have wood chips for me. Guess I'll have them start a pile right behind the barn....
The daughter is coming over tonight. It will be good to see her. We have a couple of weeks of catching up to do!
Nothing much else going on today.

Say - I like your current avatar just fine. This is the first time I've used an avatar at all. Amber the cat is much more photogenic than I am.

Good afternoon Painted, Kicks, and welcome Rhonda!

I need a HOT cup of coffee NOW! I just got back from picking up two horses in NC. They were supposed to be Quarter Horses but turned out to be Paints ("gee, isn't that the same thing?")- goes to show you how some people don't even know what they have!!!!

I am soaked to the skin. It's ~65 and pouring rain. Ya gotta know that they didn't go on the trailer very well. When I got them to my farm, I had to round up my guys, catch the mare and load her to deliver her to Larry. I kept Bobo in the pasture and the two new geldings in the paddock. All went well and I turned them all in together. Just like they were old friends.

Anyway, coffee is brewing and everyone is welcome - I made plenty.

Thanks for the coffee, Bill. Perfect thing for a gloomy, rainy day. Now I just need some Tylenol after being in a classroom of 20 5-yr.-olds all afternoon.

Enjoy your visit with your daughter, Painted!

And thanks for the coffee, iridehorses, you must be chilled to the bone. Glad to hear that your bunch is all happy and getting along with the new ones.

You are very welcome Jen, anyone else want a cup before it's all gone? 20 5 year olds? I don't think so!

I just went out to check on the new guys and Bobo is sulking since I took away Alice. The rain is coming down in sheets. We need it but that means I can't start working with the new ones until Sat. When it stops.

Anyone seen Sharon or Amy? They usually have the goodies.

Did you take Bobo's girlfriend away? I have to ask, where did the name Bobo come from?

Haven't seen Sharon around, but I've seen Amy. She didn't share any goodies with us today. :(
