Winter Riding ideas!

This winter has been one of the snowyest winters we've seen in a long time. For those of you who have to deal with the snow, or wintery conditions, what are some things you do with your horses when you are unable to do normal ring work. Where my horse is kept, there isn't an indoor arena and the trails are to deep with snow. We have made a short path around the woods but it only takes about 20 mins to go around. We have been working on alot of bareback work in the horse pen but my mare is used to things like that so she gets bored quickly. Any ideas on things to work on to keep us both entertained and learning something new?

I am particular to making patterns in the snow in my arena. Seeing how perfect my circles are & such. Horses aren't that keen on it, there's 2 feet of snow in there, hard work trudging through that stuff.

I am not here to promote anythingNo, that's not true, I am here to promote everything equestrian and everyone enjoying horses!
