Red face Wobbly legs!

Hi guys!

Well, here we go again! My legs are painfully wiggly and wobbly. Any suggestions both horseback and at home I can do to help? I have been doing a lot of no stirrup work, but I just feel like I'm bouncing everywhere when I ride without stirrups! And then I get frustrated and get overly irritated. Grr...stupid legs! By the way, my thighs seem to be loose, and my trainer says to imagine holding a card with my thigh to close it, but I can't tighten them! Any tips on that?

Thanks guys!

get two five dollar bills and stick them between your thighs or calves... lol you don't want to drop money do you?!?!?! Haha this might work :) I hope it does!
