    I can picture a Bar-bar-A waterer exploding here after the waterline froze and burst, lol. We have weeks on end of, I kid you not, no temp. Over 15 farenheit, and occaisional lows of -30 . By mid February, we pray for global warming, lol. We use a 30 lb. Spudbar to break through the ice on the creek, then add warm "house" water by milkjug to it in electric stall buckets. Yes, I am serious. No, I'm not in Alaska.

    That does sound like alot of work. There are testimonials on there website claiming the Bar-Bar-A drinker works in -32 degrees. My waterline is 7 feet in the ground so I am not worried about the water line freezing. Will see how it does this winter. :) Here is there website if you want to check it out.

    I bet working in a barn beats working in a restaurant hands down anyday.
