would you have your horse in your wedding?

I've always thought it would be neat to have my horse in my future wedding somehow. At first I thought it would be cool to ride down the aisle side-saddle on my horse, but that could cause some problems, so I think I'd settle with having my horse in some of my wedding pictures. It would be so cool to have pics in a beautiful wedding dress with my horse, in a grassy field. You could do so much with it and have some really great pics!

It would also be really cool to ride into the sunset with my husband too ... Okay, I'm a hopeless romantic. But really, I'd love to have my horse in my future wedding pics.

Yep! I was thinking some sidesaddle photos!
I really want him to drive a carriage to take us away/bring us there but he's a bit small I think and well...I've only ever ground driven him lol

Id love that. My mare is a gray and would look beauftiful as a part of a wedding party. Maybe one day, depending on when and where I get married, Ill consider it.

If I had it to do over again, I'd like at least some engagement photos of us on our horses. Not sure I'd want to do the wedding dress on a horse though. Maybe if I got married in a white split riding skirt

Negative. Seen too many funniest home videos of how that turns out poorly to trust my beasts.

I would, however, like to have pictures taken with my horses prior to the wedding - either engagement photos, or even me in the dress, but I wouldn't want the horses near the ceremony at all

My wife and I were married outside and her father led her to the alter while she rode sidesaddle on her horse. I was at a wedding on a ranch where the bride, groom, and entire wedding party rode their horses up to the alter and were all horseback through the entire ceromony.

Oh I wouldn't. The horse wouldn't understand, and too much could go wrong.
