Riding and Horsemanship knowledge required in helping care for and maintain herd of 50+ horses. Operated like a working Ranch. Along with riding instruction wranglers also lead trail rides, assist in management of the herd, help school/train horses, and supervise Jr. Staff and campers. The wranglers are involved in every aspect of the herds managment and gain invaluable hands on experience in areas like health care, nutrition, tack fitting and repair, training, triming and shoeing, needs assessment, facility and program managment, etc.
Wrangler must be interested in working with children of various ages and providing creative experientially based riding instruction. Must be at least 18yrs old.
