Yes! I get to go riding again! And introduce a friend to it :D

As I've said before, I haven't been riding while at uni. I've had two short, rubbish rides in the past three months.

Well, on Friday, I will be having a lesson at my stables back here in Wales I absolutely can't wait, both for the lesson and to see all the horses again. If I'm lucky I'll get to ride the wonderful Mr Darcy <3

It's going to be a shared private lesson, because one of my friends is coming by for a couple of days, and she's agreed to give riding a go! She's not about to be bitten by the bug, it's just going to be a Yay Fun Experience for her. I'll have my refresher and they can do a bit of walk and trot with her :)

I'm five foot eight and ride the bigger horses (15.2-16.3hh = my favourite) and love them to bits. I wonder which horse they'll put my friend on - she's only five foot tall and weighs forty kilos.

She also needs to bring my jodhpurs with her as I left both pairs in Bath. XD

I can't wait!

That is so exciting Claire! Good for you! You never know about your friend being bitten by the bug. A lot of people try riding out, not expecting to fall in love with it, but they do. Lol.
