Are you good at rhyming?

Well, we bought our first horse last night! She's a 15 y/o grade QH, she's bay, and has been used on tons of trail rides, camping trips, and was a lesson horse! I'm incredibly excited...she may not be some fancy, expensive horse, but she seems like the PERFECT match for me!

Currently, her name is Rosa (or occasionally Rosie), and because she is 15, I would feel bad changing her name. I was hoping that maybe we could come up with a name that rhymes with Rosa or Rosie, so that it still sounds pretty much the same. Do you think that would be okay or would it confuse her?

Oh, and I'll post pictures later...we're still going to board her with the same lady for a month so that we can take lessons on her. (her previous owner gives lessons) I'll make sure to bring my camera the next time we go!

What color tack for a bay horse? :) (she's not super dark or red...she's in between)

I'm going more off the "ie" sound of it rather than really rhyming

And yeah, it doesn't necessarily have to rhyme, just sound sort of similar!

LOL my friends dog is named Lexi also, I just remembered. Haha. :P

. Give yourself some time with her and you'll eventually just start calling her something that fits if you don't like her given name. We usually just call Dumas " D " We never really liked his name but he knew it.
