    I've never actually done that xD But one of my instructors, Katie, is well-known for how hard she works you. I always come out of her lessons sweating, panting and utterly exhausted - and it's only been half an hour long! I can take a break whenever I want or need to, but even so ... whooee!

    I just love it when someone says that I need to do some real exercise - that the only one getting some is the horse. I always invite them out to try riding Tornado (not a real horse but the name stops them cold).

    OK, well for ME it's not a workout. I like to mosey and I can sit a trot very well (at least on my horse lol)

    But round pen work is definitely a workout for both of us!
