Well it's not specifically related to horses but this quote is what keeps me from not giving up on getting my own horse. " Never give up on a dream that you can't stop thinking about for a day."

The one I always try to remember when I get in a hurry handling a horse ....

"You can't train a horse in four minutes, but you can sure make one mad!"

I really know too off the top of my head:

"Horses are God's apology for men."

And

"A woman needs two animals in her life, the horse of her dreams and a jackass to pay for it all"

A good horse is never a bad color.

The outside of a horse is good for the inside of a man (woman).

For want of a nail the shoe was lost.
For want of a shoe the horse was lost.
For want of a horse the rider was lost.
For want of a rider the message was lost.
For want of a message the battle was lost.
For want of a battle the kingdom was lost.
And all for the want of a horseshoe nail.

A horse, a horse! My kingdom for a horse!

If you don't love your horse at his worst, then you don't deserve him at his best.

God took a handful of southerly wind, blew His breath over it, and created the horse.
