    Your Opinion

    Hello

I’m new to the forum and just joined. I was wondering what your opinion would be about a new idea that I had.

For example if you where show-jumping in some competition would you want a professional video of you going round the course and if so how much would you be willing to pay?

The video would be available for download on the site or posted to you on DVD.

Also snapshot frames would be available that have been taken out of the video although these images would be of low quality and most probably only suitable for a normal sized print what would be your thoughts on this???

Your opinions and suggestion would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks!

If your offering this service you can post it on craigslist.org, equinenow.com, horsetopia.com etc.

    Hope it helps a little!

I've bought prof videos and photos (not from videos though, real prof photos) of my horses and my dogs (agility) so yup I would. But I don't when they're pricey... $4 or $5 for a 4x6 photo is all I'm willing unless it's a FABULOUS photo (and I would not pay that much for a low quality photo from a video) and videos, well it depends I guess... 1 quick agility run I wouldn't pay as much as I would for say, a video of all three phases of combined driving. And I like when you're able to view the video first to see how well the videographer did before purchasing ;)

I used to work for a horse show photographer and he videotaped the rounds, people would pay buttloads of money for it.
