Exclamation Adding Padding, Mangers, and but Bars to a trailer.

Alright, I bought an older two horse fixer upper horse trailer that I am using for a summer DIY project. I'm just about done, but I still need to add mangers, padding, and a but bar before it's completely road worthy. Anyways, I really like to do this myself self so is there any way that I could make the stuff? I appreciate all responses. Thanks
