Dressing Quarters Any Re-design Ideas?

My bride and I have a three-(3) horse, slant load, tack room equipped trailer that has a seperate, roomy dressing quarters that is open and clear, but has no storage hardware or provisions. Roughly four-(4) feet in depth and seven-(7) feet wide we have room for racks, shelving, et cetra. However, not wishing to "reinvent the wheel", we would be interested in ideas that members might have installed in their dressing quarter to maximize storage of camping gear; non-tack gear; emergency equipment; and food storage. The dressing quarters are seven-(7) feet in height, so we would like to take advantage of the height to go "vertical" with storage as much as possible. Pictures of your storage suggestions would really be worth a "thousand words"!
