I took my trailer over to be completely redone on April 16th.
They were going to sandblast/paint and add LED lights, and spray liner on the inside of tack room under bridles and behind saddle rack, and put it also inside the horse compartment. My trailer is a stock combo, Sundowner 2H GN slant, with dresssing room.
I called a couple of time the first week, asking questions, and then once a week for next two weeks, but felt like I was bugging them, so just haven't called since end of April.
Barn has been gone to shows, so have been busy, heat is bad here with drought, and when I've gotten home? Just die.
Called today, thinking they were probably aggravated because I hadn't come and picked it up yet?
They haven't even STARTED on it. I've now paid for 3 months storage unit for tack. Turned down trail rides, had to borrow trailers to move horses, and get Kola to vet and back. All this time? I could have been using my trailer.
What I am asking? Is what would you all do? Go get it and take it somewhere else? Or what? This place, by the by, is supposed to be the best in area.
They told me they could do it mid-April, or I wouldn't have taken it over there.
Please tell me what you would do now? Larry said they would try to get started on it next week?
