Replacing Wood floor in old Trailer

I recently bought an older 2h bp trailer and need to replace the floor (wooden) as well as the wood on the ramp. The outer corner of one of the wood planks (near the front of the floor) is just starting to rot and I want to nip this in the bud. I assume it's best to just replace the eintire floor, rather than just the board that is rotting-right?

Has anyone here replaced a wood floor on a trailer? Any tips? I would love before and after pictures, or just after pictures!

I know I should use pressure treated wood. Would you recomend sealing it as well? If so, with what? I'll be using rubber mats.

Any and all tips/advice/warnings appriceated!!
