So I just saw Parelli's 100 things to do with your horse..... so I got the crazy Idea that we should try it ourselves!! So, if you have something fun or orginal please share!!


#1 Canter across a creek multiple times

#2 ride your horse into a pond (only if it is safe)

5, go for a sunset/ sun rise ride

6, Go for a ride across beautiful hill country

7, gallop down a beach

8, share your lunch with your horse

Edit: just though of another

9, gallop bareback ( nothing like it, amazing )

Lolz I don't most of those all the time. I've never ridden on a beach tho :(

10. Curl up with your horse while its lying down
11. Play chase or catch
12. Sit in the feild with your horse while it grazes

15. Jog with your horse - my husband jogs about a 1/2 mile a couple times a week with DB our Arabian on a lead like a puppy on a leash

17. Find a fun friend to go show with you in a completely different discipline then what you normally ride

Crossing rivers is fun. Took one of my ex-horses out to the mountains and him cross a river. It was quite deep but safe to cross and he did it like a trooper. Had a blast

20. Gallop across an open field bareback - spread your arms out like you're flying while he's going all out :)
