Has she had him long? If she hasn't i'd give him time to settle in, get used to everything and I'm sure he'll come around. :)

That's still relatively new. I'd just give him more time to settle in.

Alfies my pony, he's been here 9 weeks today
He has improved loads but still won't let me touch him at all
He'll walk right up to you and have a sniff, eat out of your hand, both in the stable and the field. His field borders a road and he goes to investigate anyone that is walking past.
He's on his own at the moment, but my friends horses are a field away and he can see them - if I could get him there he could go in with them
Mind you he'd probably follow me there but that doesn't solve the no touching issue he has

The few times I have managed to touch him he literally shakes like a jelly. I'll have to get hold of him soon as he needs his jabs and the farrier
