Arrow Another trainer question.

I know I seem to be asking these a good bit lately. But something has my instincts in a flush at the moment. This question mainly goes out to those who are in my area (again), and might know this guy from his signature gaited breed the Paso Fino.
This trainer is about 1/2 hour away from me. I've heard of him from a few different people, and they tell me he's good (i met their horses too), he's not a 'natural horseman type', but he's not 'so rough to force into submission type'. I've done a good bit of research on him, and I like his criteria.
His name is Richard Shaffer, and he's from the Somerset area of PA.
I'm beginning to think this trainer is going to be of more benefit to my horses and i's learning. Plus the price isn't bad either.
If anyone has heard of him, please let me hear your opinions.
Much appreciated!!
Thank you!!
