I don't know how to word it to well. But I think my shoulders are to far forward, I feel they should be back a bit more but I don't know how to make them stay there, I have tried to hold them back and push my chest forward but its hard.
I do the same thing but not as often. I have been going to physical therapy for my back so she has taught me some stuff for keeping my shoulders up and back. Keep your tummy tight and look up think about sitting infront of a very important person and reach up with you shoulders/back then push your chest out and shoulders back. I hope that makes sense :/
