Attn: All saddle seat riders!

Hi there! I am going to be giving a girl saddle seat lessons this winter/next show season. She isn't showing like a circuit she is in 4-H. I know how to ride saddle seat, but I never have shown it. What are judges looking for in Showmanship? Do they want their head low when they trot next to you like in western/english? When they have a pivot are they supposed to actually engage and pivot? I don't know what is expected. If you could give me as much information about different tips for showmanship that would be great.
Also, I am used to training horses to keep their head low, obviously that is not what we want with her horse. So what are some exercises that I could do with her and her horse to make him carry his head like a saddle seat horse.
Thanks so much for all of your help.
