beginners riding lesson plans?

So I've been riding for about 10 years ( i'm 17 now) english/western/ showing english and western equitation/ showmanship shows/ jumping/barrel racing/pole bending/ rodeo/competetive trail riding/gymkhanna/ trick riding/horse breaking and training/and I'm starting to give beginers riding lessons to some people from my church and i'm actually getting alot more students than i expected. I currently have 2 and have 3 more interested. So i'm wondering if anyone had lesson by lesson plans? kind of like a piano book but for horse riding. I understand that every rider is different and i'd have to compromise to each riders ability to avoid "cramming" or "rushing" information. I want them to get it and remember it. So I guess what i'm looking for is a step by step program of what they need to learn for a good foundation in proper riding and horsemanship (preferably western) I know all I need to know to train people to ride but just need help putting it all together in a way they'll understand and what needs to come first so they're not "rushed". any help would be great!! thank you in advance ;)
