My mare has bending issues. Walking, troting and cantering she turns her neck to the rail and rides like that. Nothing I do is helping! Can someone give me advice?????
Hi, I took 7 months of dressage and one thing my trainer taught me was to lightly squeeze your reins on the inside, like a sponge to encourage yous horse th supple. It sounds like your horse is avoiding your contact and suppling.Start walking and every other step squeeze your inside rein when the horse resonds immediatly give the inside rein and reach down and pet her to show her that when she supples she is rewarded.Hope that may help.Terri
