Best neoprene nonslip girth & pad???

I have a question: What is a really good choice for a non slip/neoprene girth and jumping pad? Something that won't slip but is comfortable and breathable. My coming 2 year old is getting bigger, I'm doing more with her and she's doing great but (english) saddle slipping is an issue. Being a Texas Longhorn, she has loose skin and doesn't actually have much withers. I attached pix from last year of her. I want to use a shaped pad. I need to ride her english and in the future do some jumping to demonstrate Longhorn versatility. The saddle has to stay in place. Thanks for your help!
