yep, horsey toys and more quality time is defo on the list, as well as getting her teeth checked :) if it isn't a physical health problem, she might be attention seeking or just boredom, so i'd better get that sorted :) good for me as well

How do you catch a loose horse? Make a sound like a carrot.

It could be several things but do have her teeth checked. I have one filly that doesn't have any noticeable teeth problems. I had the vet check her and she has definitely got some hooks that need taken care of before I stick a bit in her mouth again. I can stick my finger in her mouth and not feel a thing but the vet can find them right off I'd make a lousy equine dentist.
Three years old is time to start getting them floated.

Aside from what everyone else has said, maybe downgrade bits to a french link? She might not have any cuts or anything, but it could just be breaking in a weird spot causing her discomfort.

yep i'm definitely going to get somebody to have a look at her teeth. if they're ok, and that isn't the problem, i might try downgrading the bit and see how she goes. she's not in the least bothered about it being in there, though, it's just going in :(
